YG groups are CURSED with having these songs as their top songs

    Sometimes I really hate how 2NE1's most popular songs are "I Am the Best" and "Fire." Then "BANG BANG BANG" and "Fantastic Baby" for BIGBANG.


    These songs just aren't that palatable for the new K-pop fans, so they don't get it.


    2NE1 has bangers like these that I think the new K-pop fans would eat up:

    Yeah and no, it's funny bc internationally these are their most famous songs, but in Korea their discography are pretty known and appreciated, I even dare to say that BB most famous songs there are their ballads. But performance wise BBB, FB, iatb etc are better to hype the crowd.

    If we're talking about Korea, I think Koreans appreciate and recognize 2NE1's ballads and B-sides more than international fans do. Because the new generation of int. kpop listeners aren't really focused on discovering older generations, and they mostly stick to listening to the groups they're fans of. However, I believe that even the new generation in Korea is familiar with songs from older groups like 2NE1 or SNSD.
