  • this might be highly irrelevant but in effort to conform with a beauty standard, one themselves becomes conformal to the standard, like a manufactured product.

    I understand being healthier and looking better, but never at the cost of oneself :SCREEECH: . If you have a goal you want to work for and it's hard, by all means persevere. But if it's costing so much for a collection of randos then maybe choices need be reconsidered.

    It will make no difference to trainees and idols who still haven't made it.

    They will diet to the extent of missing periods, fainting etc., to hit stardom.
