Kpop companies are unhinged (Yuqi exposing cube ent)

WTF NO WAY WTF THEY DO THAT WTF? WTF? WTF? WTF? NO WAY WTF?

Yuqi is her own woman and can think how she wants. Idols have a certain expectation going into the industry and it's been understood for decades now. I do not agree with this particular tactic but do not try to tell Yuqi how she should feel. If she finds it motivating then good for her.

I don’t know why people are surprised. No big deal. I know girls on dance teams that have weight goals and are pushed hard to meet those goals. In some cases if they don’t meet them they don’t perform that week. And this is on a high school team. It doesn’t deter girls from participating at all and most don’t have a problem with it. Being on the team is voluntary. And that’s a school team not K-pop where a company’s success and revenue is on the line.

Cube does all this and then lets you flop

Gidle success is really their own success, they did it all themselves but imagine lightsum or clc going through all of this and for what?
