Stray Kids 'Chk Chk Boom' M/V Teaser 1 with Ryan Reynolds as a guest is here!

  • skz is actually insane is it like a combination of networking and good timing?

always thought raw talent was all they had but they're really making it far globally

their youtube views are high as fuck too

The timing was probably well planned. Back in november, when they dropped 'Megaverse' MV, they spoiled the date of the comeback (July 19) there.

If you think about it, the reason why they built this networking up with Ryan Reynolds was essentially because of their talent.

He noticed their Kingdom stage that was performed by them of a remix they arranged of a song they wrote/produced fiting a Marvel/Deadpool concept that the idea was given by the members (and JYPE was even initially against it).

Really the reason they are who they are is because of the members themselves. With God's Menu it wasn't even a title track, and that song changed their entire career. If JYP didn't allow them to change the song that was picked and didn't listen to their strong feelings then we wouldn't have gotten that iconic banger. And they gained a lot of confidence from that song which then led to their continued musical journey.

I'm always so grateful they have a say/are involved in significant creative aspects of their career. Their trajectory would be a lot different If they didn't and probably for worse.
