I don't think that's Rami. This girl/woman not only sounds different, but looks taller too. I didn't read anything about her being on the show, and most of the time we know before the episode released. At least, back in the days.
Here's the full episode, you can clearly see she's an older woman. She won, so we can only find out who she is in the next episode.
