How do IU and Sunmi compare in terms of charts?

It's not really fair to compare Sunmi or anyone really directly against IU when it comes to korean charts. For most metrics it will look very lopsided, even when comparing against some of the biggest acts..

Circle chart weeks at #1: 64/3 (bts in second place with 24 weeks)

Circle chart months at #1: 16/0 (bigbang in second place with 9 months)

Perfect all kills(songs): 22/1 (bigbang in second place with 6 songs)

IU has dozens of hits, sunmi has one major hit in korea

I love Sunmi, but there's literally no one in Korea who can compete with IU. She's stronger alone than every Kpop group, basically.
