Do you use the internet or physical cookbooks to cook?

If its something I haven't cooked before internet but regular I don't use both

Have to say, Internet. A mention about a meal someone had sounds interesting. Start looking on the internet for the recipe. i.e. everyone raving about Pho, looked up recipe online. Bonus recipes by pho authentic cooks.

Now visitors request the Pho soup I made and froze in pint containers.

Following a printed recipe is much easier than following a recipe on a screen, especially a phone's screen. Definitely recommend the books.

Good choice on the author. They are terrific and I use them for 99% of my recipes. FWIW, I recommend their website, you get a lot more than just recipes. Plus, it's easier to browse/search for recipes first, then print what you need. I have a cheap black & white laser printer that I use to print out the recipes, and then I save them in a page protector and put in a 3-ring binder.
