Apparently some orginasation in Austria is about to sue OpenAI for running ChatGPT.
The thing is, because you are not able to correct false information. Example you ask for a recepie for cherry pie and ChatGPT would say you need apples instead of cherries. Of course you would like to change it to cherries then, but you can't manualy edit it. The orginasation who now is suing ChatGPT wants them to change this, so people can edit out wrong information when they see it. A meeting at the court will happen soon to discuss about it. The cause for this is apparently when someone asked about a female singer and got a wrong birthdate for her, that made this orginasation so furios, that they are now suing OpenAI.
