  • Yeah, putting all that pressure into one person as leader would take a mental toll for anyone in any group.

I hope she shares more of her opinions, stresses, etc. to the other members so it's not all on her.

"You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't bout how hard you hit. It's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward." ~ Rocky Balboa

  • I'm glad she feels secure in the decision she made :cheersc: this video really made me ponder what it would be like for Jihyo to just be another member of Twice rather than the leader. It must be hard have to suppress your own emotions and opinions for the sake of the group and having to always put on a strong front/be the decision maker

  • During their first 7 years, the group needed a leader to represent themselves but after that, the leader role becomes a "public image" rather than someone that needs to be in that position. They have all been in the group for 7 years so they are more than aware of their roles.

I think it's also relevant because JiHyo would have been discussing her Solo career so her role as leader would have been lessened to some extent over other members that were going to do Solos.

But even years on, JiHyo still speaks in a manner where she feels responsible, it's a role she grew into
