The title is Love Wins, which is pretty self explanatory no? No matter which form, who you are, or what you are, love conquers. Then she had to change it to Love Wins All due to 'criticism', which is kinda ironic.
If she had to be bedridden with an IV up on her arms and dreaming of herself running through a flowery field, while V do a dance performance within the song, would that still be 'making fun' of terminal ill patients? Lol.
