Maybe it can be a coincidence, but they could debut in 2022 instead, now he could use bp's hype to boost their new group, so it seems like a perfect time frame

Unless he wants to worn bp out, just like he did with 2NE1, put them in the dungeon, and then when everyone is super thirsty for any YG related content, he debuts his new gg

Based on rumors and what the girls have said. I think it was supposed to be 2013 as a 9 piece then got delayed, we know from Jennie that after that there was multiple times where they almost debuted then delayed it and we know from Jisoo there was some name changes throughout that time.

They are debuting this year. Even next year would be pretty late knowing both SM and JYP got their 4th gen ggs already while Bighit is debuting their own this year. And knowing they already let go bunch of female trainees, they probably finalized their decidion on the line up. I can't wait!

Will they really debut a new group when treasure is a few months old and not even a year has passed since their debut? I mean I shouldn't be surprised, hybe are debuting whole 3 groups this year, 2 next one, those kpop companies have lost their mind completely

As already said, YG was supposed to debut a gg much earlier that was based on YG’s desire to have a 7-9 member group similar to Girl’s Generations, but he kept delaying them. So, who knows lol.

Yes, they are supposed to debut this year (in the second half). The lineup has been fixed since last year. Also, their debut has delayed for about 3 years now...so yeah more than likely they will debut this year.
