That's not a "special privilege", any agency could do that if they wanted because Dispatch will contact them and work out a deal with them, either to bury the story or to break it in an "acceptable" way, because they depend on the company for their business.
Be angry at YGE for wasting their money on do-nothing employees instead of the using it to protect and further the image/career of their idols.
