    1. get back together in your mid 20's? (3) 100%
    2. no way I still remember time when I was hurt (0) 0%

Make a decision to get back together after few years for example when you already are after college and have work etc.

if you suddenly met that person again, and things would go nice and well what's your take?

    there is this saying

  • depends on the circumstances...

you haven't provided enough information to formulate a judgment

your option 2 - "I still remember time when I was hurt" - what kind of "hurt" are we talking about like she was the first love of yourself hurt or she cheated on your hurt or she dumped you for your best friend hurt or maybe she bullied you hurt or took advantage of you hurt or a mirad of things...

and again depends on what you and her are doing in your 20s...are you both looking for the same things? romance? hooking up? children? marriage? long term/short term...are you both financially stable?

  • I graduated in 05. I was sitting at a tire shop waiting for my truck to get done and an employee slightly older than me walks up to me and asks me, with no previous interaction, if I played football in high school. Wondering where this was going, I responded that I did, but I wasn’t great at it. He asked what school I went to, and I told him. Then he starts talking about himself. How he was “all conference” and walking me through all of his high school accolades…

I never asked for this conversation. I just sat there wondering why this nearly 40 year old, wildly out of shape, tire shop supervisor was telling me all of this. Then just as soon as it started he bid me good day and walked off. It was bizarre.

The best comparison I could make was that he was like the manager “Dan” from the movie waiting. That was his vibe.

That’s how I knew he peaked in high school.

  • yeah that's the point

  • i think it doesnt matter if its in high school or if theyre in their adulthood

the question here when exes are getting back together should be if the reason for the breakup is still there, if it is then they will probably end up breaking up again for the same reason

personally, im currently in my last year in high school and i think my ex was a great guy but ig insecurities ended up breaking the r/s, after processing my feelings for months, i realised that it is true that part of this reason is because we're too young but i feel like most of this will not change even when we turn adults
