Actually , there is exactly ONE Gambling Casino on *Planet Earth* (any nation) that is LEGAL for a S.KOREA nation citizen to gamble there ... It is located NOT on JEJU Island ... Rather in *western* S.KOREA , about 400 KM distance from SEOUL CITY ... It is *illegal* (crime , with possible PRISON = rarely but possible) for S.KOREAN citizen to gamble in Las Vegas , USA (as example) ... S.KOREA gambling laws are bizarre , is my view of it.

I believe in the recent past , *around* 35% of those who used the JEJU ISLAND Gambling Casinos were *PRChina* citizens ... It was that way *before* COVID and also the negative impact of TYRANT Leader XI of PRChina 'chattering' about 'DECADENT WESTERN NATIONS' and their lack of morality that had *corrupted* the 'high morality' of PRChina culture ... And so , most *all* the S.Koreans (Actress CLARA comes to mind) *lost* any chance of ACTING ROLES in PRChina ... And even PRChina citizen *famous* actress FAN BINGBING got 'ground up' in LEGAL PROCEEDINGS about TAXES that SHE owed to the PRChina Government ... She paid $MILLIONS USD to them (PRChina Government) in order to stay out of PRISON ... And did the appropriate HEAD BOWING and CONTRITION NOISES as expected (good strategy).
... But now , apparently , the PRCHina economy is NOT (growth) what it once was ... And so , MAYBE TYRANT XI is looking to try to create 'good will' toward PRChina by having them GAMBLE in S.KOREA Gambling Casinos on JEJU ISLAND ... 'WE ASIANS' and all that ... Which , NOT quite sure just how that 'dovetails' with doing MILITARY EXERCISES (NAVY Attack Ships) with RUSSIA ... And THREATS directed at TAIWAN ...
