Do u ever think about how so many people will have to move

I really don’t see how it’s possible to live in any country in the SEA region, Middle East or Africa because the heat alone will probably make people unproductive and air conditioning runs up the energy cost. It’s only northern countries that can avoid those productivity losses so I think anyone who lives below the equator will have to move north.

I mean I live in Canada and there are some parts of my country (in the North Pole) that are freezing all year round but they are just tiny settlements and are not developed enough to sustain millions of people yet.

Not everyone wants mass immigration. It will put a strain on social services, bring down wages after corporations realize people settle for less and it will make the housing crises worse and push rents up more than they already are here.

What even? That’s not what I am saying at all like this is such a bad take. Immigration almost always causes social upheaval when it is done excessively or when the economy can’t even provide for that many people. The load has to be shared by a lot of countries not just wealthy western ones.
