Legally Jeon's case is extremely weak. His history is not as squeaky clean as he has claimed, and it seems all these investments he supposedly raised himself came from elsewhere, something that will be revealed in the trial .

At most the members will be asked to compensate maybe $100k, give or take a few 10ks, each to the owner and go their way.
