I doubt they are working this earlier in BP3 plus they seem to be wanting to expand the tour so It would make more sense to do a repackage that allows to cut promotions and do directly the encore leg with new songs

U do know they recorded songs in 2021 that still haven't been released yet...they probably have almost all of the songs ready for BP3 lol
There's no repack,the tour ends with Seoul encore early sept then we get contract news & no we not getting new music before US encores either
