if its a real song and not like an intro ish with cuts and cinema style ( if that make sense ). i think they'll definitely can. the difference is when ditto release NJ had themselves to block. when Kitsch released nj songs were already old and overall UL's werent that high much easier for ive to reach it. Aespa is going to release with unforgiven jisoo kitsch and i am with pretty good UL's.not only that svt songs get's streamed like IWY every hour. so the settings are a bit different.
