Anon's mom have been kind of depressed lately due to her menopause but one day OP was watching IVE's stages and the mom watched along and said like
"Oh they're totally kids"
Then OP asked her as a joke like "Who do you like most?"
and her mom said "that pure-looking kid" & pointed out Yujin
And like that they listened to IVE songs and watched IVE vids together and one time her mom was crying when listening to Not Your Girl. She asked why and mom said cuz "Today is the only day I'm the prettiest today" part sounds sad.
Her mom only listens to classic but now IVE songs are playing in her car. Last week mucore too, her mom asked if she could vote too and voted. They watch Jiraksil at nights and her mom laughed a lot. OP said it's been long since they last saw her mom laughing like that.
When they watch 123 ive too, her mom laughed so hard at the sill-bill scene. OP told her 123 ive's new season is coming out in May and she was really happy to drink while watching 123 ive. On Monday, they stocked Lemon Jin in their fridge. Her mom doesn't really drink often but she bought it cuz Yujin was the model for it.
The mom must've seen the Nepa cf too and her dad and op bought it for her. She refused it at first saying
"It only looks good cuz the kid wore it"
but now she goes hiking with her husband wearing this + OP's mom also said she wanna try Thai food.
OP hopes her mom not be curious about fansign but if she wants to go too OP says she has to work hard.
Lastly, OP thanked IVE and Yujin cuz her mom got really happy cuz of them
