Korea's new plan on sending young people out into the world

This is q big problem here in Korea and much of east Asia especially Japan and China. Soo many people both men and women are increasingly against marriage and having children as well as being inna relationship at all. Hence why the loneliness. More and more people want to be alone or focus on working or fun hobbies more so than connecting with others. The government paying people isn't new it's already been done to try and bring birthrates up by paying couples to have sex and have kids. They are even now looking at removing military service for those in a relationship. This is all being done because the country is very desperate to get out of this extinction crisis. In less than 100yrs = in your lifetime Korea and Koreans will become extinct. We are already on the endangered species list.
