Was a casual fan of kpop, until I came across her covers on youtube. She truly is one of a kind. There are a very few other kpop artists who, just like her, would do extremely well in the western industry. Tbh, I wasn't a fan of the pitch she used back during ktl era. But lately, she's been using more of her lower register and she sounds amazing

I like her. I think she has potential. She has something YGE/TBL needs to become a little more musically diverse. She'll probably bloom slowly as a singer-songwriter unless she decides to get in the driver seat of initiative.
The catalog quality albums that she listens to can help inspire her to create the same level of classic quality.
She will need to look within to find her own musical identity.
