What TBL offers them is they get to no longer deal with YG himself as their CEO

Teddy is their 5th member so they get what to properly do whatever is best for their career under his company whilst under YG they had to do what YG thought was best for his company

If they are happy being basically just models/celebrities with occasional music releases then they should renew, if they are passionate about music and want to be actual artists and release music they should leave.
