I'm assuming that it's intended to be a gross reference to the recent cardiac arrest a Buffalo Bill's player suffered on the field and tie it to the assertion that covid vaccines cause heart issues but in a trolly way for yuks.
The testing the water is pbly them trying to see if such an insensitive and tasteless joke will be tolerated under the new rules and moderation.

Every single death or health issue for athletes is tied with the vaccine these days.
A young MMA fighter died recently, and her family was hinting at the fact it was suicide and didn't want to elaborate on cause of death, and everyone in the comments took that hint as a vaccine death.
It's ridiculous. Anything to push an agenda. Even when a family is grieving.
