RM visited Hwaeomsa Temple in Mt. Jirisan.

  • As a Korean myself I was very confused seeing the article and the questions asked. As I'm like why is this being shared? Conversations with our faith leaders are supposed to be sacred and private not blabbed about. This monk does the faith a disservice. In time's many of us need whatever help or guidance in life this is the last thing anyone needs is to question whether the church or temple will betray your trust

  • The pressure BTS is constantly under. I still can’t get over that Busan World Expo committee had a sit down with Jimin and JK’s parents. What was the reason? To pressure them into a free concert when they announced their break in June at Festa?

  • D*mn, the E question was odd in the first place... Sighs, I feel sorry for him but even a monk can't be trusted now??? :woow::(

The question isn't odd it's to Guage your emotions mental state. Remember this conversation was supposed to be private. It's only odd because we saw it. A Monk or spiritual/faith leaders are sometimes used the same as a psychiatrist many people seek out their priest, pastors monks etc for guidance be it faith wise or something in their personal life, as religion is quite important to people so they are likely to turn to one of them than they would a mental health specialist. So this question isn't strange. But the fact it was shared is more than disgusting it also angers, as people look to faith when they need it the last thing people want to question is if the church etc will betray them, always look at the big picture, sometimes when people are at their lowest they might seek out faith. This betrayal undermines the trust and thus as a result some people might slip through the cracks one day and what will we see here in Korea? Another poor person in the han, because some asshole wanted his 5 mins of fame not thinking of the consequences for everyone.

This is truly upsetting and a huge betrayal. As a foreigner, I had assumed that the info and photos were released with permission because of how the article was written and who it was published by. It never crossed my mind that a monk would give an interview like this without permission. I feel really awful for Joon. ☹️

I appreciate your perspective, which helps me understand the situation further.

  • I find it disgusting how this so called man of faith was eager to call and spill RM’s thoughts and words. Was he paid for selling out RM?

So glad RM called out his shit and embarrassed him

ever since the whole mess with tae's supposed "bad airport attitude" when it's revealed later that reporters are not supposed to know that specific flight he came back to seoul, my conclusion is that media had resorted to sasaeng-like methods to gain info about members

now the only news about them (regarding their private time) i feel safe to share and joke about is the one bighit or members acknowledge in social media

This is a good policy and I think I'll adopt this, as well.
