I started experiencing them recently after a traumatic event. I normally can feel them coming on minutes before it happens because everything feels very intense or overwhelming. And whenever i try to keep myself busy during these times to distract myself I feel slightly better but the feeling always comeback later. So i was wondering if you can distract yourself out of a panic attack or will it come eventually??
