South Korea and Japan 02 was 100% fixed in favour of Korea. Italy and Spain had very clearly legit goals disallowed for their knockout games against Korea.
Don't need tech to buy off refs, it's simple as pie. Plus as we've seen with VAR multiple times in different leagues if you have morons looking at the replays then any decision can happen.
