I didn't know where else to put this and when I searched no one else seemed to have mentioned it, but I have just received an email from KT4U and apparently the new date for Chen's album is November 14th!
Of course, there hasn't been any official announcement that I have seen so this may not be accurate but just FYI, KT4U are reporting it will be out on the 14th!
