I like:

Nongshim Udon

Jin Ramen (my favorite brand so far for Korean ramyeon)

I’ve yet to try one that replicates Japanese-style ramen.

Nongshim stovetop. Haven't found another brand with better noodle thickness and texture.

the brands that I usually buy are Samyang and nongshim I buy the spicy ones btw
