How do you guys view fan wars?

It's honestly pretty disgusting.

Not talking debate, which is what goes on here more and can get heated, sure.

Actual fanwars, over something as innocuous as pop music, is disgusting, nasty and toxic. Theres nothing positive to be gained from it, nothing useful, no one is going to "win". It just boils down to bullying and abusing people for liking something you don't like.

And, while I don't want to make light of mental illness, some of the antics of the most extreme fans and idiots really does seem to border on the mentally unwell and some of them really probably do need interventions.

When it gets messy, I just drop by to promote my faves.

Even with a warning (which is the first ever for me), I rest my case. It's really no surprise that most on my block list are trolls or antagonists that are too sensitive to take a hint. If I don't like a group I will say so and am not going to be silenced by those who get so easily triggered. Some just need to grow up.

I just feel sad and it makes my heart hurt since I hate arguments, heated debates, fanwars and so on. I know they're all different, I just mentioned them all because I dislike all of them.

The way some of the people get way too involved and way overboard with some of the statements made me thinks hard. I am mentally exhausted from my daily squabble, I am just here only for my favs.

It's quite entertaining actually.

But it got no fun when it cross the line like racial slur or sending mass DT and such.

fanwars suck all the fun out of music, and i haave never met anyone who i would call well-socialised that cares that much (about any hobby)

Literally having a bitch fit over some people that don't know you exist and won't see you as friends family or loved ones and will never be close to 🤡. Second 99.99% of idols are either friends, family or close working associates which makes it even more 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡.
