As far from curent existing groups I can only name Yangyang of NCT who is from Germany (His family is still living in Germany) and Alex of DRIPPIN who is German (He was born here, lived here till he was 4 years old and as he was around 14 spend 1 year as exchange student in Germany, wich acording to himself just made his German worse)
