SKY-HI. He is the CEO of BMSG and 35 years old. He debuted in 2005 with the famous JPop-group AAA and made his solo-debut in 2013. A few days ago SKY-HI announced that he had started off with his company in 2020 with only himself and 2 other employee and after spending so much money on the survival show and on building up his own company he was almost broke, but since his artists are doing well in Japan he menaged to make 7 million $ in less than 2 years by now.

Shunto, Sota, Ryuhei, Junon, Ryoki, Manato and Leo are BE:FIRST, one of the most popular rookie groups in Japan at the moment. They made their debut in 2021 (Ryuhei is their youngest with 15. He actually debuted with the group 3 days before he turned 15). They are the winner group of the survival show called 'THE FIRST' that SKY-HI held. Before their debut most of the member were trainees in the Japanese company Avex before, wich also used to be the company SKY-HI was signed to before he made BMSG. Junon and Sota were the only member that were not trainees of Avex before. Junon was actually in a KPop-group before but they disbanded early so he wasn't really in any activities with them since they only have 1 MV and Junon had joined them over a year after that MV was made and after they disbanded he decided to return to Japan. Sota was hardworking as dancer and choreograph aswell as dance teacher before and gave dance workshops all around the world and won 42 trophys from different dancing competitions wich is a lot at his age since he is only 21 years old.

edhii boi is a rapper, he had his debut in 2022 (4 days before turning 15). He was participant on the same show that BE:FIRST was found with but didn't made it. Even tho he didn't made it, he debuted under BMSG

Aile The Shota is a vocalist who also made his debut in 2022. He was participant on the same show that BE:FIRST was found with but didn't made it. Even tho he didn't made it, he debuted under BMSG

Novel Core had his debut in 2019 but allready apeard as musician in MVs of other artists since around 2017. In 2020 he left his former company and joined BMSG

Taiki, Ran, Rui & Reiko are trainee of BMSG. They apeared on the same show that made BE:FIRST. Despite not making it, they were added as trainee. Even tho they are just trainees, they allready apeard in a few songs of other artists of the company and apeard in a special song for the 2nd anniversary of the company.

And yeah, the ugly mullets are SKY-HI and Aile The Shota
