Eleven is only "forgotten" because Love Dive and After Like are more recent and IVE's popularity expanded

Eleven created a huge hype about IVE and was extremely successful but everyone forget about it because Love Dive doubled their achievements in everything, and so did After Like compared LD.

But if wasn't for Eleven IVE would not have taken kpop by storm. It was unique, fresh and amazing for when it was released. Its mindblowing to me because, if Love Dive wasnt released and LD flopped everyone would be calling IVE one hit wonders. It's like this forum had collective amnesia and pretend that Eleven wasnt a hit and a success both in Korea and internationally for kpop standards.

Not forgotten, it is still charting around #20 on Circle Digital.. which is a very good rank for a 10 month old song.

Personally I like it the most of the 3, 11 > AL >LD for me. I like the Bollywood intro and pace change.

No for sure. I am guilty of it as well (mostly because it's my least fav tt but still) but it absolutely deserves its credits!!

Eleven is my favorite of their releases. I firmly believe that in a parallel universe were they are as popular as they are right now and release Eleven, it would be a completely absurd level of hit.

I'm still listening to Eleven almost daily, it's just such a good song and I honestly can't name a song that sounds anything like it, it's so unique. I love their other releases to death but Eleven is just something special.

Literally how is it forgotten when it's still charting in the top 20 for almost a year now??? For many groups out there right now top 20 would be considered a success.

i completely agree. if eleven was released right now along with all these groups. eleven would smash everything. eleven was to ahead of its time i fear

You lack reading comprehension. Eleven is extremely successful, that's the point of the thread.

Here in the forum 90% of the users only give credit to Love Dive for IVE's success even though the same bunch said Love Dive would not do as good as Eleven when 1st cb was announced.

It prpbably only look like Eleven isnt successful as it actually is now (in every metric) because both LD and AL social distanced from Eleven in terms of success and no one expected IVE to outdo their peak not just 1 but 2x.

My reading comprehension is fine, thanks. The only thing that's lacking is a point to your discussion. You are being seriously ridiculous. Eleven was 2 comebacks ago. That is why people mention it less. Not because they have forgotten or because they think it's less deserving of credit. That the song is succesful and still doing well it's a fact but akp users don't credit it enough and are all about Love Dive that's the point of the thread. If Eleven was released now instead of After Like it would be much bigger.
