I don't hate traditional shoujo anime with complicated love story like Kimi Ni Todoke, Ookami Shoujo To Kuro Ouji, Heroine Shikaku etc. But it's annoying whenever male/female rivals appear and ruin the relationship 
So, if you're tired with typical romance anime, these animes might fit your taste.
Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun
The height gap between Sakura and Nozaki.... Pfft... Soobin and Nako. No, but this anime isn't focus on romance, but more like on comedy side and relationship around two lead characters. Sakura fall in love with Nozaki, she's confessed but he's mistaken as his fans because Nozaki is a shoujo manga author.
Nijiiro Days (Rainbow Days)
Well, this is like romance version of Danshi koukousei no nichijo 
The plot is quite simple, the story revolves around daily life of 4 male high school students and people around them.
Love Is Hard For Otaku
Hardcore fujoshi dating a game wota, a cosplayer dating a normal otaku. It's a sweet-funny anime about these weird-combi couple. No... there's no serious conflict in here. The story is light and pretty realistic, but this anime is more like josei genre and not shoujo.
Ore Monogatari
A gorilla-like boy with the most handsome boy at school as his best friend meet a cute girl.
Nope, the girl doesn't choose the handsome boy like typical shoujo anime, but....
