She wasn’t that important in sm. Probably her payment wasn’t that much either. In hybe she literally has her own label and controls almost everything about the group not just the art/creative work side. When she was in SM she wasn’t one of the big names there and merely a visual creative director of some comebacks as you can see sm had a&r and other creative teams besides her. No matter how much she “loved” sm, she can’t be stupid to reject hybe’s offer.

Lol, idk who she is but employees leave companies all the time and move to other companies for many reasons. Maybe she just got opportunities at Hybe that she could never get at SM, maybe she just preferred Hybe's working environment over SM's, maybe she just wanted a change and decided to move on.
Who cares why, it's not a betrayal to switch jobs and companies otherwise the majority of the world are betrayers.
