Going to say something crazy here, I don’t care if the whole Idol population is dating. Whatever makes them happy that is most important

Search for Jungkook on this forum and the first search results that show up are "jungkook dating". That's how much y'all are bothered about his private life.

It's like the whole narrative around idols dating has been made weird by how Korea has stigmatized it. Idols have gone to such lengths to hide their relationships that these parasocial relationships with their fans develop. And people start having these unhealthy expectations on what idols should and should not be doing.

He may be dating now, and he may not. Either is fine, but don't assume he never does to create this dangerous narrative in your head. That's how some people get those unhealthy attachments. I even saw some k-fans talking about suicide during the whole V/Jennie thing. It's not good, and I hope companies start to think about that even if it hurts their pockets a little. They probably won't, but it'd be nice.

Ummm that's actually kinda scary.. Like people need to not hold celebrities to such high standards, acting as if they're gods and what not.. Chill and just realize that they're people just like the rest of us and the fact that you don't even know them should mean that you shouldn't even care about their personal lives...

Actually those weren't K-fans they were international fans, most of the people the first leaker talked to were foreigners

He probably had flings or hookups but nothing serious. But who knows he probably has dated several times if he had a high school girlfriend when he was unknown. There isn't anyway female idols didn't try to snatch him up now that he's super successful rich and hot.
