Are Tomboy, Love Dive, After Like and even Attention all bigger than Next Level in SK like akp claims?

    kpop stans have been getting bold this year to downplay aespa saying they had no competition last year as if they weren't against bts and iu

    these songs can be compared to savage yes but nowhere near the amount of impact next level had on sk

    After Like literally just debuted, so yeah, that remains to be seen.


    NewJeans had a bigger overall debut than all of 4th gen, but I wouldn't say Attention has demonstrated the necessary longevity yet.


    Tomboy, maybe I'd have to see a side by side comparison.

    We can only speak on love dive and tomboy atm


    They have bigger peak and will pretty much end up at least around next level charting wise


    But I think next level did more for the group than gidle, don’t know about Ive seeing how strong their charting for after like is, wy also became it girl too

    a bunch of foreigners talking about what impacted korea the most. either use charts or just admit that you're full of bs because there is no real way you would know anything about impact unless you're living there

    love dive will end up overtaking tomboy by year end to be the number one digital song do the year in korea


    next level couldn't even crack top 3 on the annual charts despite both songs releasing 1 month apart (april-may)

    we'll see when the year end awards shake out, I have a suspicion love dive will end up bagging some big ones

    The way I see it


    Love Dive is bigget than NL and Tomboy, it is still going really strong.

    Tomboy and Next level are on the same block


    After Like is proving to be a force. So maybe it will surpass all

    I doubt Tomboy or Love Dive would able to beat a song like Dynamite or Butter from BTS. Next Level was able to go on neck with Butter. This year had good songs indeed but they didn't have much impact compared to the songs last year that won SOTY.

    After Like outpeaked every other 4th gen group in ULs on melon so I would say it's on the way to become bigger. We have to see for how long it will stay on top10 but looks promising with Love Dive still there as well.
