Danielle/Hanni are Australian so it doesn’t count but Minji spoke English like a native too. Other 4th gen group have like 1 or 2 only. 3 English speaker, are they following Blackpink?

Minji homestayed in Canada, she's fluent. We see her talking with Danielle and hanni in English often and she engages with English comments during lives. So yeah 3 of newjeans are fluent and I think haerin and hyein can speak a decent amount but they're not fluent.

my here and i agree with the op you’ve been replying to about aespa. Karina, ning2 and winter are not fluent. it’s clear from all the videos where they speak english that they only know basic english. the only fluent one in aespa is giselle.

you can't be serious lol only giselle is fluent not so much the other members. I started to watch more of their English content recently and while they understand and might be say something things here and there, they aren't comfortable speaking full sentences in English yet.
