i don't wear headbands, glasses, drink coffee, (high) ponytails; i have a good pillow. i can try not eating cheese anymore, i doubt it will help but i can try.

  • Go see a gp and get a script for migraines

I've been on medications for more than 15 years :) I've tried all kinds of things and nothing works. And sadly, in the mean time i started having epileptic seizures. The pain is so severe but my neurologist don't want to give me perception for stronger painkillers, he doesn't want me to get hooked on them and develop addiction.

There's nothing i can do but hope they will pass on their own, and soon.
