How did Jake get into Enhypen from Iland?

If I remember, his skills were not up there with the others. So how did he sneak in the final lineup over more talented contestants, such as K?

I like Jake better. he fits enhypen better. K isn't a better singer and his tone is so so. dynamics would also be awkward with K.

he was smart to mke friends with the the 02 line (bh's favorite trainees) so he got more screen time

Visuals. He was considered the 2nd best visual on the show after Sunghoon and some of his teaser pics received a lot of attention. He made into the lineup because he was popular with viewers.

And though he wasn't the most talented at the time (hadn't trained for long) he always gave it his all and was surprisingly good on stage. He also noticeably improved throughout the show.

K was really close to making it. He was always within the top 7, including the final. He ended up being extremely unlucky at the end.

If you watch iland, you would know that people don’t really have a choice. No matter who gets in the group still sucks talent wise

Jake is not that talented nor does he have outstanding visuals. His dad probably paid to get him in because no way in hell he outdid 4000 trainees.

Overall iland trainees were very mediocre talent and visual wise

Too be fair Jake was also voted off at one point

I was really shocked when I saw the final lineup, they chose visuals only.
