This is tricky question and subject, as you might imagine. NCTzens are very split here, so to some yes and to others, no. There's a split about OT22 and OT23, but it's not the focus of most NCTzens.
Until SM makes an official announcement, we're still in a holding pattern, but then we have stuff like the NCT x Sanrio collaboration, which features every member with a character and he's not there, so you think, ok he's out?
Either way, a formal announcement would be great so we can all move forward. I said it's not the focus for most NCTzens, but it's very much a massive schism in the WayV fanbase and constantly on the mind of Wayzennis.
