I've seen this done on YouTube and Daileemidzy 's thread inspired me to post this 
These are just some ideas for the concepts and styles
- Nayeon (already has her solo but an idea for the next one)
she's a Christmas girl for sureee. i'm sure she would do great with a song like this
she's effortlessly sensual. I would give her a mature song with a choreo that isn't that demanding, but she's a capable vocalist so it could be a little challenging. I think she fits 2nd gen and old school music well. and as a stylist I would give her a pixie cause she looks damn good with short hair 
just no more bowl cuts

she's an okay vocalist actually, I was impressed with her voice on Sixteen. too bad they didn't develop it more but she has a really nice, natural tone. i would go for something groovy and lowkey with a hard choreo... Any bells ringing?

and SinB, Umji and Gahyeon are all sub-vocalists so I think she could sing equally good
