For me it would be SM and YG. SM in terms of preparation, their idols are always technically capable vocalists and/or dancers. Something they lack sometimes for me is star power or the it factor and that's something YG never misses. And YG idols have equally good or better stage presence in my opinion, at least looking at their history 
I would add HYBE but they only have a few groups apart from BTS

Like Lee hongki can easily equal Suju’s KRY
More recently N flying Yoo hwe Seung is really good as well.
I don’t listen to pharmony but from what I’ve heard they’ve got some great vocals as well.
They don’t just have like good vocals but great ones who can equal those at SM even.
