As far as i know Kakao and Cjenm music labels are not as tightly managed the same way Hybe manages it's labels.
These companies are way more than just music labels they are conglomerates and have been way longer than hybe. They have stakes in literally everything from 1thek, studio choom to stone music distribution, melon, kcon etc and that’s not even the half of it. Hybe is in the right direction with acquiring Weverse but they are far from beating the Kakao and Cjem.
Hybe is listed in kospi unlike other big 3, and their deals with naver and intl labels all depend on bts. Idk if u ever noticed but whenever hybe groups gets some new project ( webtoons, games) bts somehow is involved in it because those companies demand bts. Not only them but bt21, tinytan, bts games contribute so much to Hybe's profit if there's no bts they cannot survive and shareholders know it as well that's why they were throwing a fit over bts hiatus.

Both CJ Group and Kakao are involved in more than just music and entertainment (CJ distributed Parasite). CJ Group is a conglomerate and is involved in food, pharmaceuticals, biotech, etc.
Kakao is mostly into web-based communications.
