But SM doesn't' care about the "world", they only care about us, consumers and fans of their artists, so they make state of the art music, specially crafted with stans in mind
So that is why you might not like their music, SM has different music than YG, so does JYP, etc

.... This new kpop stans scare me a lot. The more I see, the more terrifying it is. I was never invested in SM groups, but I'm 2nd gen stan (now TXT stan), and I remember SM mess. The TVXQ mess, the SuJu mess, the Chinese Exo members mess, the Jessica mess. Like SM is the messiest.... Even if you support SM idols, you should never support their company.

Unfortunately, some misunderstandings ended up happening along the way, they had quite a long journey since BoA (Queen of Korea) debuted, but surely SM learned with this occasions, and will grow stronger not only as a company, but also as a huge family, that embraces their artists and collaborators all around the world, together, for a better future to all kpop artists.

And BoA was more popular in Japan than Korea. Queen of Korea would be IU.
