Jhope sold 620k in 2 days with NO physical copy of his album, but people still question bts' individual power

    Jhope just sold 620k in a little bit over 2 days, which is very fascinating because many people questioned his solo power

    He's going at the same pace as Lisa (just took her as comparison since she's the most popular member & most succesful soloist of bp) for an album with literally zero physical copies, which held a lot of fans back from buying, and not being bts' most popular member.


    i think this, again, proves that even the bts members outside the ML have more power than the "most popular" member of pretty much any other group. anti's will still find reasons to shade him, but it was good to see some people getting humbled.


    If jhope is already performing like this, i can't imagine how ML will do (or pretty much any member WITH physicals)

    He is behind other bts members like suga and rose n lisa on hot100. He did well on album and artist charts because he put out a lot of songs on his album while the others had only singles or two song albums.

    Or others did better because they only released one or two songs and not full albums. Do you really think rose would chart on hot 100 if she had full album? She couldn't even have her second single. If her streams and sales were distributed across 10 songs she wouldn't even chart on hot 100. Her title track was 10 on digital song sales chart. She only made it into hot 100 because she only released 2 songs. Lisa's both songs charted lower than more and chicken noodle soup. It only did better than arson because arson was released alongside 8 more songs. We saw Lisa's real popularity when her viral song couldn't even beat her own group member's release and most anticipated collab didn't even chart on hot 100.

    Gp doesn't even know who he is, besides the people who wanna get attention from army and praise him for 5 minutes of fame (happens with the other members too, not only jhope).

    No on the streets knows his new songs.

    If no one knows jhope outside his fandom then I'm sorry to tell but all your other faves must be on nugu level compared to him.

    BTS members will all have fandom power as BTS have by far the biggest fandom, that's also fandom orientated stats like album sales will show.

    Are you dumb? BB hot 100 rules were changed this year. It is not the same as before when it was easier to chart. No Blackpink group or solo release has happened under the new rules.

    Jhope did zero promo in Korea and every other gg member or group does loads of promo in Korea. Stop acting like Korean gp is loyal when they have a gg for each season.
