Which member from 3rd gen groups would become the standout member in solo activities?

  • When groups eventually disband, there's always one or two standout members in their solo activities. From 2nd gen we have Sunmi from Wonder Girls, Taeyeon and Yoona from SNSD, or Uee in After School etc.

Who out of 3rd gen girls groups would become the member that fills those roles?

  • Jeongyeon, Jisoo and Hwasa.

Jeongyeon landed high scores on 3 years gallup. Popular with gp, great personality and can act. She'll be a hit if she debuts as an actress. Chaeyoung might be popular amongst a niche. She's talented. Jisoo, another underrated gem, can excel as an actress alongside Jennie. Likeable personality, great sense of humour, SK standard beauty. She can fly high if promoted like Irene in her early days. Hwasa cf count this year alone exceeds more than what alleged cf queens made their whole career. Witty and a great singer. She'll most likely stay for longer than we think.

  • I think it's worth noting that sometimes it's not the most popular member who becomes the most successful post-disbandment, even though they do tend to get the more opportunities.

I actually think out of Oh My Girl, although Arin is the most popular member, she might not be the most successful in her solo career. She's seen as the "actress" of the group, but her appearances in Alchemy of Souls has not been the most encouraging. I think maybe Seunghee maybe more successful later as a variety personality.

  • This is a great question. Why don't you post this on the main forum ?

I think many people will have great/interesting answers.

  • Lol not at ppl naming bp members when they barely even active.. the wishful thinking haha
