KQ or IST entertainment. In comparison to their competitors, they treat their idols well giving them adequate breaks while giving groups frequent enough comebacks. Obviously no company can be perfect as at the end of the day it is a business. There’s been times where they have gone as far as to threaten/take legal action against people who bring issues to their groups (like saesangs).

StayC's company seems to promote them well, but I'm not a fan, so I can't say I know what the fine details look like...
They do have frequent comebacks (unfortunately Run2U was a huge disappointment but thats besides the point). But they still also seem to have some tile to rest and ample time to prepare. Some groups come back way too frequently

i think KQ, RBW
RBW is another company that treats their artists better. Many getting approximately two comebacks a year. There seems to be a good budget given to each groups music videos. And to my memory, correct me if I’m wrong, they are having their mental health taking care of and nobody has left their respective groups due to mental health struggles

idols choice if they want to sign those contracts
not the company's responsibility if the idol signs it
what i want to say is, there are no inherently good or bad kpop companies
the more popular you are, the more money you'll make
the less popular you are, the more freedom you'll have
people think the second one makes you a better company so they hate big companies, but big companies wont become big companies if they arent super controlling
so, they're all equals in my eye
all just have visions and some try harder than others to get there but at the end of the day, you think as an idol which one you wanna be under
the one that'll set you up for life or the one that'll let you relax more today
