In my opinion, to lose momentum you have to fall off, since It means your results - regardless It's in quality or numbers - has been reaching a lower tier than previously. If It will hit the bottom or not, It's another story. But in both situations - hitting or not the bottom -, you can bounce back.
But If you think that Enhypen "losing momentum" might be temporary, than I think they apply more as your example here than on the other thread, because despite any lackluster result in a previous comeback, they have a loyal and big fandom that can mantain their name, instead of being used as an example to reinforce that people have preference for being loyal to reality girlgroups. But that's just me.
