Tbh none.
Joy has already had many attempts at it, without seeing much success. As a lead actress, the interest simply isn't there at all for the Kdrama audience, and only her fans are watching those dramas. There's always other more interesting dramas on air and the competition will only get tougher as more new and young talented actresses are coming out.
Jisoo does have more potential, but her natural voice and lisp will need to be worked on. The controversies aside, there have also been criticisms for her acting. She will get her roles in big dramas like in Snowdrop just because of her company and group tho.
It is interesting tho how non-BIG 3 idol-actresses have been doing more dramas and having more success in the 3rd gen tho, as compared to in 2nd gen where it seems to be mostly dominated by BIG 3 idols.

not really acting it was her pronunciation I agree she needs to work on that but her acting was pretty decent it was much better than I thought it would be

neither of them
jisoo probably has more potential (doesn't say much since both are clearly idol actresses), but her voice color and pronounciation just aren't good for dramas/acting.
she would need a lot of coaching to relearn those things, but it's not easy & i don't think she would take the time to do so

OP, stop being so restricted limiting yourself only to Big 3 idols and comparing those.
If you expand and include non-Big 3 idols of the 3rd gen for their acting successes, you'll see far more interesting comparisons.
Both Jisoo as Joy don't have acting successes that can compare with 2nd gen Big 3 idols' careers, or non-Big 3 2nd genners.

I actually don’t understand why Jisoo’s voice is such a big problem. Like I understand it’s a very common thing in the Korean acting industry to prefer certain voices but it’s never made sense to me; I wonder if it exists in Hollywood too and I just don’t notice it? Very odd to me since I don’t particularly have any preferences regarding voices.
But anyhow, I’d put Jisoo’s skills far above Joy’s. Her voice can be worked on and it takes a lot less to fix whatever qualms netizens have about it than develop Joy’s skills, which have shown little growth over the years and experience she has had so far.

Not much discussion there tho. It's clearly Sejeong above the rest.

I mean this forum is full of just Big 3 related discussions all the time. Even if the conversation starts with non-Big 3 stuff, it doesn't get as much engagement and often just diverge into Big 3 idols.
But if you want to talk about non-Big 3 idol actress from 3rd gen, it's Sejeong and Bona, then IOI girls then everyone else.
Sejeong is clearly head and shoulders ahead than even Bona. Bona only had one hit drama and it's a second lead role in a Kim Taeri drama. I-fans especially on here wouldn't know much about Kim Taeri but she's a huge name in Kdrama/films and Bona just rubbed off imo. We still don't know how Bona would do in a drama by herself as the lead role.
