Last year she had an whole extended Sketchbook episode dedicated to her which she converted into IU's Palette.

Then she called Palette as the sister show to sketchbook when she hosted Itzy.

Then Lee Seunggi on Sketchbook joked that she is gunning for YHY's seat.

I think she will have YHY's support of she does want to take it up.

As to older musicians, given her Flower Bookmark, I think they will be happy if she brings them back to limelight.

The question is only on her schedules and whether KBS can afford her.

And whether it is a good move for her own career.

Some of the people who supported Laboum might be placed on the show.

YHY is now out of picture . It is likely that all the staff who were with him would be replaced, and someone with little connection to him will be considered.

People like Yoonsang or LeeJuck have some songs which might create controversies, and I do think Sung Sikyung, who didn't write most of his songs , might be the best candidate but given his rather carefree lifestyle I wonder whether he will accept it since this position requires a long term commitment..

Lee Jieun would probably get this job when she is past 40 in human age and is kinda retired from active competition, but probably not this point of her career.

ooff.. you must be frightening in real life.. if you expect people to hold grudges over such things as IU with Laboum.

Why not suggest IU will invite them on the show and humiliate them, serve them discount tteokbokki?

Nonsensical. If at all the one act which can truly claim to have stopped her, are the duo "Fly to the Sky", who are the only ones to prevent IU from taking #1 on Gaon, in the past 12 years.

But returning to the point, yes it might be more fitting when she is older. But if she decides to switch focus to acting and less music, then this is a good option.
